- Prepare of splash of spiced rum (I prefer Bacardi Oakheart).

Chicken with Cider & Bacon Sauce step by step
- FOR THE CHICKEN:.
- Place chicken on a firm surface and flatted with a mallet o Rollin pin to 1/2 inch thickness..
